OUCH…

This is a picture of a Labral Tear (My shoulder not pictured).

The injury happened more than likely playing basketball.  That is what I will be having repaired in about 4 hours.

It is in my right shoulder,  and I will be in a sling for 3 weeks…  Typing will be tough, so posting will be sporadic, unless I do the video thing…We will see.
